Apex Legends 2% packet loss PS4/Xbox one

Just reactivating this topic.

I’ve been with VM for about 5 years and the 2% packet loss on Apex Legends has always been there. I’ve just moved house and signed up to VM again and once again a consistent 2% packet loss is there. Also a London ping of about 30ms vs other UK ISPs at about 6 or 7ms.

I usually get a faster connection to the Belgium server, and I’m based in London! Will do a trace rt and see what I get.
