Problems with gaming, experiencing a lot of lag

Hi there, 

I've just bought fifa22 and experiencing horrendous lag and can't work out why.

Ping, packet loss and speed all seem fine and not consistent with what I'm experiencing. 

I did have a look at the network log and see a lot of warning messages. Perhaps this helps resolve what's occurring. Because I'm at a loss with it. Attached.

Any help would be appreciated on where to start.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing lag when gaming. We can understand the frustration this may have caused and want to best help. 

I have been able to access your account using forum details to further look into this issue for you. It appears there may be an issue with both your upstream and downstream power levels. In this case, I would like to arrange an engineer visit for you. Please lookout for the purple envelope and provide a response when you can.
