Unable to play COD warzone at times due to the horrendous latency with VM, When i was on a FTTC connection had no issues at all.
Here is a BQM of the connection.

Engineer has visited and informed me that RF Was leaking from the junctions box as previous engineer who had visited the junction box cut one of the cables most likely to disconnect a service.
Her informed me that he removed the cut cable and tapped the connection off to stop Radio Frequency leaking.
So far the POST RS Errors are 0.

Hello skillboy
Thanks for raising your broadband connection issues with us via the forums. We understand the frustration this can cause.
We've checked your equipment and connection and everything appears to be within the ranges and spec's we'd expect to see. From the BQM it does appear there are latency issues, particularly in the late evening/early night time.
You mentioned Warzone, what device do you use to play this on? What type of connection is used with this device? Do you experience this with other titles you might play online?
Any online game is also reliant on the server's the game/developer use, we'd always recommend using a wired connection for the fastest most stable connection possible.
We have these tips available to help with broadband issues:
Thanks

I am using PS5 Console Hardwired using a Cat 6 Lan cable.
Have been having issue's for quite a while and get alot of Jitter from the connection.
Rocket league always seems to show a higher latency compared to other users or friends I play with again think this is related to the VM network as when i had a FTTC connection I never once had a issue with that.

Network log confirms an unreliable connection, and you're right the post-RS (uncorrectable) errors are a problem; given the clustering around lower frequencies I'm guessing are noise ingress from external radio sources. The BQM suggests this is intermittent, so could be (as examples) ham radio, radar reflections from aircraft, or emergency services radio.
It'll need a technician to come and check the connections and cabling. The forum staff can arrange that for you. Don't try phoning it in, you'll just get the run-around by script-following agents who haven't a clue what they're talking about.

Thanks Andy
Is there a way to flag this to one of the forum team so they can pick this up and arrange a engineer visit.

Hello skillboy
Thanks for your post. Sorry you are having a few issues with your services
I am more than happy to take a look at this for you
I will need to send you a private message to pass security
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
