Tried phoning 150 to see if i could get any kind of update on the situation, was just passed from department to department all saying their department didnt deal with these issues and passing me on to the next.
An update: Just off the phone to Virgin Media who confirmed it's an issue affecting all of their customers. They said they were working with the Sony Technicak Support Team to resolve this. He said that whilst they hoped that it would be resolved by tknfitn, that Sony have given them a 24 max timescale. If it's 24 hours I might die a bit!
When you setup the internet connection on ps4 instead of selecting easy select custom. Keep everything the same as is selected apart from dns. Select manual for dns and put 126.96.36.199 for first and 188.8.131.52 for second.
