Our internet has somehow managed to get worse over the past month and is pretty much unusable during peak times.
This problem has occurred before and my previous forum post I got no help at all. We are currently paying for a 200mb line. Which is ridiculous looking at the speed tests and ping spikes that are currently happening.
If there are any solutions I could try it would be greatly appreciated or if it could get looked at by someone on the Virgin team.
I noticed there was a broadband engineer working on something a few days ago, it has improved the connection slightly but still isnt great. Still having slow download speeds and ping spikes up into the 400's
