Ping, packet loss and Latency all over the place. Can we get some info please!

Started 2 days ago - I'm assuming this is Covid 19 related? If it is PLEASE confirm Virgin.

380Meg fibre, all networked - pc direct to Hub 3.

All of a sudden: massive lag spikes, interruption, packet loss.

I have tried Modem mode. Tried to reset router. 

Software version: 9.1.1811.401

Looks like the issue has been fixed today, its all back to normal it seems so the technician visit no longer seems required.

Ignore the little blips around 6-7 that was due to a download i had running
