Started 2 days ago - I'm assuming this is Covid 19 related? If it is PLEASE confirm Virgin.
380Meg fibre, all networked - pc direct to Hub 3.
All of a sudden: massive lag spikes, interruption, packet loss.
I have tried Modem mode. Tried to reset router.

So i just got a text to say the issues in my area were fixed.
Reset router and wait half an hour.
I have reset router twice - left off for 10 minutes. Still no improvement.
Anyone else receive the same thing?

Looks like my line has been stolen, cannot play online games, or browsing since last night, did a speed test .05 Mb download 0.01 upload and my B M Q is something else
Any ideas what to do about this?

What do you mean by your line has been stolen? If you are concerned about your security, have you reset your Hub password?

If not, please can you reboot for me and let me know when it's done and we'll take a closer look if possible.|
It would also be great if you could let us know your network logs - Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode ) into your browser URL bar and press enter. When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’. Copy and paste the contents of each tab onto here.
