Re: Ping Spikes 9.1.116.608

Hi @Heather_J,

I've had a couple of disconnects. I was wondering if you could tell me if there is any issues or congestion in the area causing drop out's and packet loss.

Thanks.

Re: Ping Spikes 9.1.116.608

Internet has been flaky from 4pm-12am. From 12am to 2:20am my Internet was completely dead, see BQM. https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/d178106f79d1f08dc65f38f1f8a9fb42bd...

Re: Ping Spikes 9.1.116.608

Hi Kirston26,

Thanks for providing the graph. I don't see anything on our side at the moment to explain that drop out, it might have just been a temporary blip or even maintenance.

Let's see how you get on over the weekend,

Take care.

Re: Ping Spikes 9.1.116.608

Hi Heather_J,

Thanks for letting me know.

I believe it was maintenance. My graph looks pretty good, although has a couple of dots indicating packet loss.

I'll be sure to keep you posted after the weekend is over.

Thanks for the help.
