Yeah. I'm getting ping spikes of 2K+. This is just beyond a joke now, i haven't been able to play anything for a couple of days.

Here's what my Downstream and upstream Channels are looking like currently.. Still getting drop outs, and packet loss.

Sorry for the on-going connection problems. When I've tested your network today, it appears you're in a 'non contactable' state which means I can't communicate with your equipment. I think it's best if we arrange for an engineer to visit, we can do this via online chat.

Hi @Heather_J My Virgin Media SuperHub3 is in Modem Mode. Would that really effect you being able to connect?

No modem mode wouldn’t effect.

Update: Engineer has been. Swapped My original 6db attenuator for a 10db attenuator. 

Will update in a couple of days if the problem is fixed.
