Packet loss

I get random lag when playing online its becoming annoying now.

Even when on youtube or netflix its buffering and some tabs open very slow

Thank you for your post and sorry you're having some broadband issues.

 

Looking at the back end of the account I can see you're having some power level issues and we'll need to send an engineer out to fix this for you.
