I have the best package, play wired on every device & I keep randomly getting packet loss during the day. Only recently started happening the past week, and it's ruining my gaming experience. Any help would be very much appreciated. Downstream & upstream:
There is nothing in those figures to suggest a problem.
Go to thinkbroadband.com and set up a BQM. Let it run for a couple of days and it will record any packet loss or related problems. Come back here with a copy of the result.
