So I’ve been haveing major issues with the super hub 3 and gaming for some months now.
the internet team suggested that I try the 2 ac hub.
since having the super hub 2 I’m experiencing high packet loss during gaming! Could someone check my levels to see if there a potential problem.
what would be they cause of this. Even though the super hub 3 did cause problem never had any packet loss.

Someone will get a look and see if there's anything obvious amiss.
Also how are you measuring the packet loss?

Having a little trouble with the new router 2ac. virgin team suggested for me to use this instead on the hub 3 as the hub 3 was unusable for online gaming.
Im Just having no luck.
Ps4 In game is showing packet loss of up to 10-15.\
Also noticed that when in network settings on ps4 there no secondary dns - hub 3 always used to have one ?
plus the router doesnt seen to be performing correctly.
The ethernet ports on the hub 2 ac the green lights only blink a couple of times every couple of seconds is this normal? the hub 3 was fast blinking lights ?
Can you reset the pre and post RS counters and post those again in a few hours?
