Packet loss while playing World of Warcraft

For about a week now my ping / latency in WoW has become very unstable and in many cases makes the game playable. I've run a few tests - traceroutes, pathpings and WinMTR and the tech support has noticed that there is Packet Loss occuring within the Virgin Media network somewhere along the line.

There are my WinMTR results for each of Blizzards 3 EU IP addresses.

I'm using a SH3, and before thursday-ish last week the latency/ping was perfect and has been since I joined Virgin, but all of a sudden this has started happening.

Re: Packet loss while playing World of Warcraft

Sorry to hear this Greenlandys,

I've located your details and your modem SNR levels are currently out of spec.

I've sent you a private message so that we can get an engineer visit arranged.

Speak soon,
