Packet loss and unable to play online games/connection issues

Hi,

Been having issues most of the day but it has got progressively worse as the night went on, lots of packet loss and unable to play any online game anymore. I wonder if someone could look into this for me please?

Really sorry you're having some issues with the services lately, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 
 

I've had a look at the back end of things from here and everything is currently looking within spec, can I ask if you're still having this issue?
