Oh great, it just died and after restarting, reconnecting and keeping the hub disabled for a few minutes, it still doesn't work.
At this moment I'm regretting moving to Virgin. The speeds are nice, but the quality of service is some kind of a joke. I can't use any Voip or game, because of latency and lag. Packets are dropped and now this.
Area 14 on same hub 3.. Two months on vergin and had nothing but lag spicks.. Then Monday had a power cut now the hub won't connect (Access denied). Called tec help on Monday and they sending someone out ASAP (Friday). Can't watch TV as the channel list is stuck on 16%... Seems strange same problem in the same area.. When I was on the phone to tec he sed there must be a lot of problems in my area this is why I have to wait 5 days.. Beginning to regret moving from sky and looking in to moving back.. If you find out what the lag problem is please let me know it makes my oculus rift unplayable online I just get kicked from games.
