Re: Packet loss and Ping [Area 14]

But the "BQM graph you've posted has no packet loss and average latency looks fine" Smiley Happy

Re: Packet loss and Ping [Area 14]

Haha. I've been told that everything on my router is "perfectly fine" Clearly something isn't right.. I don't mind ping spikes and a bit of packet loss, but when it makes the whole Internet unusable. That becomes a problem.

Have you tried calling up customer service to see if they know anything?

Re: Packet loss and Ping [Area 14]

I've let the engineer know what's going on. He contacted the network manager in the area for me, but he's currently off and will be back on Monday. Then he'll let me know.

Hopefully this gets fixed!

That's a start, at least it's been acknowledged. Let me know what happens, please!

Re: Packet loss and Ping [Area 14]

I'm currently getting T3 Timeouts. Looks like I will need more upstream fixing.

Upstream bonded channels

Channel Channel Type T1 Timeouts T2 Timeouts T3 Timeouts T4 Timeouts

1ATDMA0010
2ATDMA0020
3ATDMA0010
4ATDMA0000

2018-12-08 16:06:44.00criticalNo Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

Kind of disappointed by the answer posted by one of the staff. Waiting for over a week to get pretty much ignored.

Re: Packet loss and Ping [Area 14]

Just took a look at your BQM and.. yeah.

Any plans? For me, it looks like the enginner is ignoring me. He didn't answer or call back since Tuesday.

Doesn't seem like I'm going to get any help on the forum either.
