Packet loss and 200ms Ping spikes - Rubber banding

Afternoon,

It seems like im getting issues with high ping randomly while my friends experience no issue at all.

 

I have the Hub 3.0, would it be worth buying a new router ?

Your BQM is showing either, a lot of noise on the line, or over utilisation.  A new Router will not cure any of those faults.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub. Once done we can comment.

I have checked our systems and you are affected by a congestion outage, the estimated fix date for this is 08 JUL 2022 15:10.
