Since this fault was detected, nobody's actually been out to the cabinet but I've been sent "an engineer is on his way" and another text stating the issue is fixed. Now rather than my 200mbps speeds I get 70mbps and I still receive a poor connection to FIFA 19. So I'm honestly just going to end up leaving at this point. Pointless to continue on with a service that can't be fully provides.
Your speed test is only 70mbps? And your on 200mbps package. Was that test done with a laptop/pc hardwired to router? Because speeds have a limit on consoles. Also I'm having lag issues too with all games and also tried everything. Clearly the quality of virgins network is the issue
