Set this up from 8am today, had 2 arguments with representatives who told me packet loss was around 1% at the worst which is clearly not the case. Router is the Super Hub 3 which afaik has issues itself anyway due to its chipset.

Would appreciate if someone could message me, unable to play anything competitively right now, I actually get less packet loss on my mobile connection with 3. This is also causing me work issues also, having already lost 3 hours worth of work due to connection issues and having to travel to the office to basically use their internet. (banking so needs to be secure).

Downstream levels far too low, range should be between -6 and +10.   Also noise on the line, as seen by the PostRS errors and BQM.

You will need a VM technician to fix this.  Either phone in or wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.
