As above, I have been having issues with my latency/connection since around November last year, however issues seemed to be rare at that point. Now for the last few months it has got to the point where my connection is so poor I either get kicked from Warzone lobby or it is totally unplayable. Typically my ping will jump from like 60ms to sometimes 999ms or N/A then back down to 60ms, i will typically see substantial packet loss as well. Above readings are from warzone itself.
I currently live alone and have the M100 package and run a wired connection from router to console. Usually disconnect my phone from wifi as well while playing to try aid the connection issues. Please see below graphs from last 48 hours for an overview of my broadband performance.
Any information appreciated, I have tried to phone Virgin who just ran a speed test.

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to hear that playing Warzone on our connection has been troublesome.
Can you please advise me if you have the same issues playing other games or when playing games from other manufacturers?
Have you seeked to raised this with the manufacturers to see if this is a fault found on their end?
