Hi, run a traceroute to a game server and post it on here. It will exactly where the packet loss is happening. Virgin have said everything is fine with your connection but the 3rd party they use to route your traffic between them and the gaming server could be the problem. If you post a traceroute I can see why the packet loss is happening

Hi John - All PCs and consoles are wired.

Thanks for getting back in touch. 

 

The connection seems ok from this side.


Pop the hub into Modem Mode with the computer in Safe Mode with Networking at different times of the day.

 

Make sure if you have any additional firewalls for example Mcafee please temporarily disable for the testing.
