Thanks for responding to my message. I've had a check on the fault ticket. The estimated fix date has been moved to 24/12/18. I;m really sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this is causing you. We can certainly check for any updates closer to the review date.

Sorry to hear that packet loss is still a problem, checking your service I an see that currently there aren't any open faults reported in your area and that upstream SNR and FEC look pretty healthy.

If the packet loss remains an issue could you please drop us the date and time of any issues so we can cross check with our network data for the same period.

Looks like there may have been some upgrade work going on in the area that could have an impact, otherwise Hub and area stats look okay.

Is the packet loss still an issue?

Thanks for your reply, Yes im connected to a Virgin media hub. 

yes, I'm still seeing buffering and packet loss and seems all day, everyday. 

Here is today's and as you can see, packet loss spike (albeit small) but frequent
