Packet Loss again

Im struggling to get any kind of stable gaming. I've noticed im dropping a lot of packets.

Looks like noise on your upstream channels, and appears to be an area fault, so VM will have to resolve it Smiley Sad

Apologies for the lag issues, looks like the upstream noise (SNR) shout is a good one, networks are investigating on ref. F006635192,  estimated fix date is today, though just drop us an update if you'd like any further help,

Thank you Ralph. I can see it has started improved already on TBB monitoring. Will keep an eye over the next day.

Sadly im still seeing a lot of packet loss and T3 timeouts

Sorry about that! Since we last spoke it looks like we've raised an SNR fault in your area under ref: F006635192 which is due for review on the 30th. This fault is known for causing slow and intermittent connections. Please keep in touch and we'll provide updates.

Is there any update? I'm currently hard down again. This is twice in less than a week.

Any update please? I'm down again and have been all day. Router logs are full of T3 timeouts but shows no problem when I check virgin status page
