Hi All, hoping I can get some better assistance than over the phone..
Around 10 days ago, playing any online game on my PS5 became impossible.
Download speed is 260Mbs
Ping latency / in game latency 20-48ms
Connected via wired ethernet
In vain, I setup port forwarding for recommended PS5 Warzone ports, to no avail.

This issue was very sudden and is not just a little lag, it is unusable, on any online game on the PS5.
I've had support have me factory reset my router, try a few different settings and config from their side and finally ended up with someone trying to charge me for setting up port forwarding, even though I had a type2 NAT.
Is is possible 'game traffic' is being reset or filtered by VM? UDP traffic on those ports for example? Or it's unreliable and I just don't notice with normal TCP traffic?
RCS Partial Service errors on 10/10, 11/10 and 15/10.

One last point of interest. Before I had these issues and reset everything back to factory and put hub back into router mode I had a ASUS AC2900 setup, cat6e to to the PS5 and when in a game I saw 0 traffic up or down on the network monitor to or from the PS5 once playing, which I found strange. I expect this is still the case with the hub in router mode, just I cannot view that data on the Virgin hub.
This issue is for Warzone and Fifa, expect the same for any other online game.

Further tweaking - seems MTU settings may be a possible cause or factor at least.
The PS5 default MTU is 1500. Lowering this to 1432-1476 range vastly improves the lag. It is still very glitchy and unplayable, however.
