Re: PS4

Please login to the Modem with a browser - 192.168.0.1

1: Change the Wifi Name's for 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz (You can use the same passwords)
Advanced Settings -> Wireless -> Security

2. Tick Disable Channel Optimization -> Photo of router Wifi setup can be seen on the first post on this thread:
Advanced Settings -> Wireless -> Wireless Signal

3: Make sure the Devices are connecting to 2.4ghz if they are the other side of the house or upstairs. 5ghz if in the same room as modem.

Re: PS4

various ps4 users are having same problem, myself included. my upload is always 300-500kbps. i turned off ip flood detection and this resolved the issue but it still goes low occasionally.

Re: PS4

Hi Lewisbeard,

Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection.

I have taken a look and I can see some intermittent FECS (noise on the line), they do not currently break any thresholds so we cannot raise the issue to raise to networks. It would be best to keep an eye on the connection and let us know if you see any changes.

Speak to you soon.

Emma
