Nothing but packet loss!

I thought I’d check my BQM tonight, if I look back for months all I see is a monitor full of packet loss!

This is crazy...Any advice?

You need to set the Hub to allow WAN ICMP echo requests otherwise the pings won't get a reply and will be counted as packet loss.
