No connection via ethernet unless in modem mode

Hi , I have new hub since Thursday and I cant play any online games, as it pop as connection lost.

I tried and put my hub in Modem mode, turn on game and there was was no problem with connection, but there was also no wi-fi in the house.

Is there anything I can do to fix it by myself or I need to call support?

Have you tried a pinhole reset?
