Lots of latency - mostly noticeable in gaming

Hi all,

This isn't the first time I've posted with a similar issue - this hasn't quite reached the level of inconvenience as last time though.

So since the 6th April connection quality has degraded. Speed is still fine, but latency is all over the place.

Your Hub stats are fine, but your BQM is not.   Can't see any reason for the poor BQM, so I'm guessing it's over to VM for diagnostics.

Every line I've seen recently is showing the same poor BQM from Virgin. Their Core network is struggling.. They wont admit that though..
