Losing connection

I’m not a technical person so I need advice

My son is loosing connection to his console and I’m losing connection to my now tv and the Netflix and it’s happening regularly now becoming frustrated and angry 

virgin check says no issues with equipment and service

is this via wired/wireless?, if its wireless do you have any wired devices and if so do those also lose connectivity?.. Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

Please login to the Modem with a browser - 192.168.0.1

1: Change the Wifi Name's for 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz (You can use the same passwords)
Advanced Settings -> Wireless -> Security

2. Tick Disable Channel Optimization & follow the exact settings in this photo
