I don't want to bait the problems returning and i'm not superstitious, but has a network engineer found something wasn't plugged in properly, or replaced a burnt out switch etc
No drop outs since 4pm today...

Hopefully its sorted now, but if not at least they have a nice time stamp to cross ref against any further changes made (if the packet loss comes back)
