Hi my issue is that I have high latency issue in warzone. I have tried everything that I can think off using a wired connection to the 2.5gb port on my mobo to the 2.5gb port on the hub. Even but my graphics as to very low as I heard it can be a issue with cpu bottleneck. The latency can start at 27 then jump to 77 and in-between.i am getting my actual speeds im paying for aswell 350mb
Any help would be greatly appreciated

There seems to be an issue with both your upstream and downstream power levels. This may be tied to the issues you are having while gaming. To resolve this we will have to book a technician appointment for you. I have sent you a private message to arrange this.

I have an almost identical issue which started around the same time as yours.
Yet to have any contact from Virgin and their telephone support was woeful.

Can you first tell me how things have been since you last posted please?
Also, do these connection issues occur over WIFI or Wired connections?
Does it happen on all devices or just some? If just come, what are they?
