Latency wired M350

Hi my issue is that I have high latency issue in warzone. I have tried everything that I can think off using a wired connection to the 2.5gb port on my mobo to the 2.5gb port on the hub. Even but my graphics as to very low as I heard it can be a issue with cpu bottleneck. The latency can start at 27 then jump to 77 and in-between.i am getting my actual speeds im paying for aswell 350mb

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just to confirm, do you only get those issues when playing that particular game? I have had a look into your service and I can see you may have some issues with your hub data. I have an almost identical issue which started around the same time as yours.

Yet to have any contact from Virgin and their telephone support was woeful.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your broadband looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration when you've been gaming/streaming. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.

Can you first tell me how things have been since you last posted please? 

Also, do these connection issues occur over WIFI or Wired connections? 

Does it happen on all devices or just some? If just come, what are they?
