I upgraded my speed on the 2nd of July and as you can see from the graphs I’m getting a lot of latency and packet loss. This inky started the moment my speeds were increased. Is this normal?
I didn’t really have any issue before so I have plenty of time to cancel if required

Looks like it has largely recovered since midnight? Keep monitoring it and also check for local issues on 0800 561 0061.
