Any one is able to play online games after 4pm ?

there is no chnce to start online games.... lags after ur post was like 500ms, whar is a joke on super fast fibre optic 100Mb/s service

People, be aware Virgin Media Serive works onlu between 1am-6am.
today it has started 16:39 and no chance to call customer service as "all agents are busy"
