So i just contacted virgin and went through to the automated line test and they found a fault and reset my hardware.i will keep an eye the bqm to see if its still the same.Thanks for your help.

I can't see your pic yet until it's been cleared by a mod, but I'm assuming it is still the same.

In that case all you can do is call 'Thinking of leaving us' on 150 and insist on an engineer visit or else you are going. Tell them you have a BQM graph that records the faults
