Looks like it'll be next Tuesday, then? Very frustrating.

Re: Lag in fifa 19/COD for the past week

Just got back after 3 weeks abroad and found Black Ops 4 to be unplayable. Constantly getting massive spikes. Found this thread whilst trying to resolve the issue and it seems that Virgin Media is the culprit. Quite ridiculous if (as it seems) this has gone unresolved for over a week.

For reference, I'm in Canonbury N1.

Re: Lag in fifa 19/COD for the past week

Sadly no change yet on my side. Packet loss is the same as ever.

  • Discord keeps cutting out
  • Streams buffering
  • Games lag and unplayable

But instead of an email explaining that they are working on the issue, I've received the bill for this month.

Re: Lag in fifa 19/COD for the past week

Apologies for the problems, networks have been investigating the issue with packet loss and latency in areas of North London and are now reporting the issue as resolved.

If issues remain ongoing for anyone please drop us a quick update and we'll run additional checks and escalate as required.

Kind rgds
