Does it drop out if connected via cable direct to the Hub as a test? What booster are you using, as VM no longer support there own booster, but have replaced them with Pods.

Hi JanetD2, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that the Wi-Fi keeps dropping and I have checked the account and cannot see any issues. Can you confirm if this is still the case?. ^Chris
