Keep getting disconnected from minecraft

I have and xbox series s console but when I go to play minecraft on my friends server every night from 7pm it keeps disconnecting me from there server and the same happens when they try to join my server I have already been in touch with virgin and had the Internet setting changed 

What can I do to stop this

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing on Minecraft.

Can you please advise me if you've reported this to the manufacturers of the game?

Do you experience this issue on both wired and Wi-Fi connections?

I have reported this to them and they say that it not a fault their end

Have the Minecraft team been able to determine if this is a Virgin Media error, or is this in relation to your friends server?

Has your friend reported this to Minecraft?

She has not reported it to minecraft but I have reported it to them
