Good Morning @Furfie, thanks for your posts

Can you please advise me if you've been able to reconnect the original cable that was issued with the Hub 4?

Have you seen any improvement on the connection since your post?

Looking on our side, everything seems to be in spec, but we are detecting a possible Wi-Fi issue. Do you experience any service issues on devices that are connected via a wired connection?

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

Hi David_Bn

Yes the original cable has been refitted after the problem persisted and I can also confirm the problem is also present for wired devices.

If anything the problem is even worse, when doing ping tests through cmd on a windows pc you would see a latency spike from 15-30ms upto 150-300ms now it is getting persistent time outs, note that speeds are uneffected.

Kind Regards,

Furfie

Hi @Furfie

Thanks for coming back to us.

It does need a tech based on the Samknows tests ran relating the disconnections.

I shall PM you now to get the details,

Kind regards,
