Internet drops out for 5 seconds constantly

I know this has been posted multiple times, but I cannot see any resolution on the posts already up. I have tried wired and wireless connection, yet the hub drops out every few minutes albeit very briefly. This hasn't bothered me too much seeing as Netflix etc. always cache so there is no interruption. However, playing online games is impossible as logs me out every other minute Smiley Sad

 

Any help would be good - I have checked all settings in the hub as per other posts and all looks fine.

Where are u from? 

You should set up a broadband quality monitor on thinkbroadband too mate.

From UK (Bedfordshire). I have checked the quality as well as if there is any packet loss and it is all fine. When connected it is perfect, it is the full drop out of connection that is the issue that is random and quickly comes back in again..

 

I will register at the site you mention though as every little helps Smiley Happy

What do the logs on your router say?

Post up your downstream and upstream connections stats so we can see if there's something amiss there.

Are the dropouts also occurring with a wired connection?

What router do you have and what speed/package?

I am on 100Mb package on Hub 3.0. Current stats posted are via a wired connection.

Can't see much wrong with the modem stats and your BQM for a SH3 looks very different, normally there would be a wall of very peaky yellow but yours is more on the stubby side, that's my technical appraisal Smiley Happy

Will have to wait for some more learned colleagues I'm afraid.

EDIT: Hang on, shouldn't your BQM should be setup to monitor your WAN address as opposed to your internal router address?
