Intermittent high ping in games

Hi All,

Recently been experiencing really bad ping when gaming, and based on the below monitor it doesn't look happy. Only started happening recently (maybe couple of weeks?) and I've tried the usual restarts/pin hole resets. Frustrating because as you can see below sometimes it's fine, and other times it's unplayable.

Any ideas appreciated.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services.

I am sure that you are but could you confirm for me that you are using a wired connection on a CAT6 cable or higher?
