well you got to love virgin media - dire service - been having intermitant issues for last year and longer - latest issue now icing on cake - fault code F007394337 - 6th September 2019 - they have identified the problem and a engineer is on route - must be on cruse ship as now on the 30/10/19 and still having same issue . so struggle to play online gaming for 3 months - due to ping - disconnections - but you still expect to charge customers for full services as issue is intermitant cant get any information on fault - very frustrating - we all know cause for faults are mostly due to under investment - virgin trying to get stupid speeds out of outdated infrastructure - to look good in adverts ( look we are the fastest internet provider in the uk ) ( except you will have intermitant issues for months if you join us )
why cant the company be honest with the customers -
Apologies for the ongoing issue in the area. I can confirm this caused by noise on the network - which by nature can be particularly tricky to identify & resolve.
It's currently estimated that this will be resolved by 06/11/19 so your service may be intermittent until then - it's longer than we'd like for a fault to be ongoing & we do appreciate the frustration this may cause, rest assured the engineers will be working hard & hopefully will get this sorted out sooner.
