Hub 4 PW not working

Hi

Im trying to access my hub 4 to check NAT status and perhaps set some ports for gaming.

I cannot access my hub 4 as the PW is incorrect, I havent changed it!

Any help with this please.

Are you using the correct one?  There are two passwords, one for the wifi and one for the admin login to the Hub.  They should both be printed on the base of the Hub.

Failing this, try a 60 second pinhole reset.  Do not reboot the Hub after this, just let the Hub reboot itself when initialising .
