I need to change the wi fi password but the label supposed to be underneath the router is missing. What can I do?

There is nothing you can do, you need the label to change the wifi code
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community, although I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some issues changed the WiFi password.
If the sticker on the bottom of your Hub is missing, you can also access the default WiFi details on the pull tab that should be located on your Hub.
However if you are trying to access the settings of the Hub itself these details can only be located on the sticker itself I'm afraid.
In this situation the Hub would need to be replaced as we do not have access to these details either.
To replace a Hub you can either call our team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 or alternatively we can do this via online chat.
I do need to let you know that there may be a charge to replace this equipment, as the sticker being removed is classed as physical damage. Thanks Paul
