Hi All,

My SH3 rebooted around 1AM last night and it's now showing the newer software version - 9.1.116.603

This is my graph -

Looking good. This is better than the BETA firmware (9.1.116BA3) which is still running on my Hub so perhaps further improvements have been made in this release.

I tried power cycling my modem to no effect so I guess the firmware update is being pushed rather than being triggered by power off/on.

Can't come soon enough for me.

Lol, I did the same and no luck either - Area 22 BTW. Not sure if they are pushing updates out area by area

Re: Hub 3 / Compal CH7465-LG (TG2492LG) and CGNV4 Latency Cause

I thought that too but it came in about 10-20 mins after my reboot, same for my son, I told him to reboot and he said no update, then he text me to say its updated......so hopefully same for you.

My TBB BQM looks much better and I ran that DSLR PUMA 6 test and no red was present, I tried to attach my graph before and failed and don't know how to attach PUMA 6 test page but here is copy and paste from the timed parts and the block below was all green except the odd yellow one

58ms : xxxxxxxxxx
59ms : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
60ms : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
61ms : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
62ms : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
63ms : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
64ms : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
65ms : xxxxxxxxxx
66ms : xxx
67ms : xxxx
68ms : xx
69ms : xx
70ms : x
71ms : x
72ms : xx
73ms : xx
75ms : x

Finished. Excess red is a concern if most measurements are 50ms or less.

Would be cool if people posting pics would use imgur instead of the forum's own system. You don't need an account. Just upload whatever and share the link to it. Infinitely better than waiting for VM staff to approve any uploads.

Trying to use the

Cable Modem Puma 6 test

and shoving in the number 46. Maybe this is the wrong number as my results are truly shocking. Practically all red?

Have I got the number wrong? I'm on 9.1.116BA3. I've rebooted twice but no sign of 9.1.116.603? OMG! It's the right number...what is going on?

That's a mighty fine amount of discernible red you got there and you disputed there was even a problem to begin with... Smiley Happy

46 is correct for London. Other nearest servers are 4 (Dublin) and 56 (Amsterdam).

Are you using WiFi or wired? This is what I get with 9.1.116BA3

Summary: high point 30ms, low point 9ms.
