@Kryptologic,

That happened to me a while back, turns out my hub was assigned a new ip address and that was the result on BQM. Just start a new BQM and see if that fixes it.

Been away from this thread for a while and it moves fast.

I have been on .603 since I upgraded to vivid350 and hub3 earlier in the year, and have had no issues with internet and online gaming (touch wood).
Reading a lot about a new .608 firmware which a lot are getting now, I have not had anything pushed to my hub 3 yet which is in modem mode, is there anyone still on .603 and how long is this .608 rollout by area code or just another random mess?

If your BQM is all red but it's definitely the correct up address, you should get on to virgin for a replacement hub, three majority of people are having a massively better time on the new firmware.

I was once again updated to 608 last night.  In area 30 and on the 200Mb service.

The first thing I did was factory reset the SH3 to ensure it retained the firmware.  And surprisingly enough, it did this time round.

Even internet browsing already feels much smoother.  Let's see how gaming goes.

Anyone from area 22 got .608 yet?

I'm on .603, which is fine but wondered if I should of had .608 by now.

Thanks for the info avro698.  I started a new BQM last night and all appears to be fine for now.

Yeahh I'm from 22 and I had it pushed a few months ago. I'm on the 350 package

If I want to order a new virgin media connection it can only come with hub 3 now? If so then what, I have to pray the firmware to work or wait hub 4? I see very mixed reviews even now on this thread.

Hub 3's new firmware is a lot better but does not fix OVER SUBSCRIBED area problems.

Remember you can take on virgin and cancel within 14 days without charge.
