Yes, My hub 3.0 got replaced with a brand new one saturday as they thought it could of been this as my hub 3.0 light was giving a yellow looking LED and now the new ones looks like a light blue-white LED anyway on the phone to 151 again and they basicly said they think is something to do with one of the street cabinet down the route to the master cabinet as the second engineer looked at the one im on and said everything was spot on before replacing, I just thought ill give this a shout to see if anyone was experiencing this?
Agreed, needs an official response after 350+ pages.
I doubt they will respond however, they do not believe it to be a 'widespread' problem.
Currently awaiting quotes back on leased lines to get away from this garbage connection.
The response is that they are trialling a new firmware, some people claim it does nothing, however people on the trial are bound by it to not report back until the trial is finished.
Be careful with a leased line vs FTTPoD as whilst the initial cost of FTTPoD will probably be huge, the ongoing monthly payment won't be, whereas with leased line the ongoing payment will be high for as long as you keep it, and there is no possibility to convert it to FTTP on BT's network as it's a point-to-point link.
