I looked back and it seems to me all the people who are seeing a marked difference are in 'modem mode'.

All those who are not seeing a great difference are just using the HUB 3 without an attached modem.

Am I right?

Notice mine is changing..it's just taking it's time. Weird or what.Smiley Surprised

No-one is getting any actual change beyond that issues with DNS lookups will have been improved and the TBB graphs look better. Jitter and latency spikes on both TCP and UDP traffic remain as they were before.

I have the same issues however on the 200 gamer package, if I acquire a sh2, are they able to downgrade the sh3 back to the sh2? Customer services have just told me they're not capable of doing this, however seems on this thread it is. Which one is it and do I need to speak to a certain team to get this done?

I've patched 3 days together of the Broadband widget since the update....What does it all mean? As can be seen there are patches of blackness in the sea of yellow sometimes..like a wave.

Our Virgin Media hub 3 is set to modem mode and is connected to a Asus RT-5300 & fq_codel with Adaptive QoS.

Just to add our line has load balancing problems - F005003790

Weird. I am on the new firmware - but only using the VM router.

I'm also in Modem mode with an ASUS router, and the switch on Friday was very obvious:

Well, you need to speak to the person who know how and agrees to do it. But nobody knows how to achieve this with 100% certainly - it always was more or less of a lottery.
