While gaming and streaming my OBS can barely hold 5k bitrate, considering I have 600mb down and some days im only getting 11 up is crazy. No one at Virgin cares, just gets fobbed off as oh its working or some works being done in your area. Ive never known a company to do "work in my area" for over 2 years with no improvement to my internet.
Here are some graphs

Few months ago I called in a service assistant, but I really emphasised what my problem was before hand. '' I cant play online games, I keep lagging. I use Cat5e and tried 2 other cables. My obs has lots of dropped frames because upload cant speed cant keep up to 6 mbps while I meant to have 50 mbps upload. '' Guess what happened. They sent a guy and he said I dont know about games. I even played it front of him and he said '' Sorry I dont know. '' He then called his supervisor and he actually said it might be the games fault. Thats when I gave up and to this day I still have problems everyday. I feel you and hopefully your problem will be resolved soon.

Hi NickTyrie,
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, we are sorry to you are facing a lot of issues with your connection, I have been able to locate your account with the details we have for you and can see there is an SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) You might find that your Virgin Fibre, Voice and Virgin TV services are intermittent, with the picture freezing or disappearing now and then. We are sorry, and our engineers are working hard to resolve this for you, this was raised on 20/01/22 and the estimated fix time is 27/01/22, although this was only logged on 22/01/22 it looks like this started some time before this.
Regards
Paul.

to get one? easy. To get one that solves any issue other than adding an attenuator? impossible
