Why is my ping so high when connected with a ethernet cable. All the speed tests come back fine its just the ping is so high. This is on a gaming pc and ps5. The ping is fine via wifi on the ps5 but shocking on the ethernet cable

Hi @Jonnyweeto thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.
I've ran checks and there doesn't appear to be any issues - have you tried a different cable as previously advised perhaps?

Where are you pinging to ? Is the Ethernet cabled directly to the Hub i.e. no power line adapters etc. ?
