Hi there,
I'm experiencing sporadic bursts of high ping times and latency in games during the evening hours from around 17:00 to 22:00. I'm wondering if anything can be done about this. I believe I'm in VM's area 24. Thanks.

Stats look broadly okay but downstream channel 23 has a few PostRS Errors.
Try a 30 second pinhole reset of the hub and make sure that all cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked or damaged.
BQM suggests some local congestion but isn't terrible.
